Intravenous-
Adult-
Breast cancer: 60 to 100mg/metre square over 1 hr every 3 weeks
Lung cancer: 100mg/metre square over 1 hr every 3 weeks
In combination therapy :75-100mg/metre square over 1 hr every 3 weeks
