  • Monitor patients BP, serum electrolyte, renal and hepatic function regularly.
Servings: Oral- Adult- Organ transplantation:10-15mg/kg/day, starting at 4-12 hrs before procedure and continued for 1-2 weeks, maintenance dose is 2-6mg/kg Corneal transplantation.15 mg/ kg /day for 4-12hrs before transplantation. Continue this after surgery for 1-2 weeks Children: Corneal transplantation.15 mg/ kg /day for 4-12hrs before transplantation. Continue this after surgery for 1-2 weeks Intravenous- Bone marrow transplantation: 3-5mg/kg/day for 2 weeks, maintenance dose is 12.5mg/kg
