CHLORPHENIRAMINE Ploramine,Dinetapp,Drixaral 2MG; 0.5 mg/5 ml Tablets Symptomatic relief of Llergic conditions including Rhinitis and Chronic Urticaria;Angioedema,Conjunctivitis Dry mouth, nose, and throat Upset stomach Headache Chest congestion Diarrhea Difficulty urinating Difficulty breathing Muscle weakness Prolonged drowsiness Excitement (especially in children) Dizziness Skin rash Vision problems Hypersensitivity to the drug Acute asthmatic attack Increased intraocular pressure Glaucoma Hyper thyroidism CV disease Renal disease Hypertension Bronchial asthma Pyloroduodenal obstruction Prostatic hyperplasia Bladder neck obstruction Stenosing peptic ulcer Rhinitis Red, itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; and runny nose caused by allergies Hay fever Common cold General dose- Adults and children (>12 yrs)- 4mg every 4-6 hrs or 8-12 mg extended-release tab every 2 times or 3 times daily.
